Qualia+ in the Soundwise app
The thoughtfully crafted mobile app gives you flexible playback control and a smooth listening experience, wherever you are.
You can:
Download audios to your device for (in-app) offline listening
Rewind and forward
Change playback speed
Move to a specific location in the audio track
Remember your last playback position
And automatically transition to next track in the program
Playing Tracks
To play a track, click on the track title when you are in one of the Soundcasts and it will start to play. In the track view you see the description of the track for how to meditate on it and what the effects are.
Below you see the play controls to play or pause the track and you can click to skip through the track. We are working on adding a system where you can tag your favorite tracks and listen back to them in your personal Soundcast.
Organization of tracks
The app organizes the Qualia+ albums and playlists as ‘Soundcasts’. In the main app screen you can find all the Qualia+ Soundcasts. Additionally we are organizing collections of tracks from several Qualia+ albums as themed Soundcasts, such as ‘Deep Meditation’, ‘Visualization’, ‘Sleep’, ‘Healing’ or ‘Hypnosis’.
Autoplay functionality
It is possible to turn off the autoplay function in the Soundwise app, so that it doesn't automatically play the next episode after you have listened to a meditation. This is especially useful when you listen last thing at night before going to sleep.
Download tracks for offline listening
When you have selected a Soundcast (which is a playlist) to listen to, you see the little cloud with an arrow pointing downward next to the tracks. When you tap this icon, the track will be downloaded to your phone, so that you can listen to this track (only in the app) when you are not connected to the internet.
Your Account and Cancellation
You can always navigate to Your Account at the top left of the app screen to see your account details. To cancel your subscription, tap ‘subscriptions and in the next screen tap the little trash can to the left of Qualia+ Online Meditation Music Library. You will be prompted if you really want to delete your subscription. If you then tap the delete button, your subscription will be cancelled, you will lose access to the sounds and you won’t be charged anymore.
