I like these for longer meditations where I sit in a standard lotus position. I focus on my third eye and just travel and flow through time and space. I use this one with the 3-2-1 Silva Method while working in my internal Lab on things. I will keep pushing on these tracks, and am looking forward to the new material you offer. I can see this working well with NLP. There’s some good joo-joo here :^).

The 3D meditation music helps me to get into the visualization flow better, it deepens my experience and helps me with staying present in the practice. Because of that I feel the benefits of meditation even more in my life, so thanks for creating them!
This brainwave entrainment sound starts at a frequency that matches the beta (awake) brainwave frequency and then descends into theta to guide you into deep levels of meditation. This is one of my new favorites.
